Scheduled
Apologies for the short-notice, however engineering availability has come up for this required works.
We are upgrading one of our broadband carrier interconnects to 10Gb/s tonight to provide extra capacity.

Affecting: All customers with our National SuperBOLT/UltraBOLT/UltraBEAM broadband services delivered via the Openreach (BT) infrastructure. This includes any customers with MPLS or backup connections that use this broadband infrastructure.
(Giganet Local customers are unaffected. Giganet CityFibre customer are unaffected.)

Date & time of maintenance window: 03/09/19 - 21:00 - 23:59

Service Impact: Approx 2-3 momentary interruptions in service for up to 10mins at a time during maintenance window. Whilst we upgrade the service, a failover to our secondary broadband LNS router will occur. Once the upgrade works have completed, we shall swing circuits back to the primary LNS router. This will cause the momentary drops.

Tasks: Upgrading carrier NNI interconnect to 10GE

We apologise for any inconvenience this planned engineering works causes.
Planned engineering works are required from time-to-time to ensure that the network remains stable, high-performing and resilient.
