One of our wholesale carriers have announced planned engineering works that will affect some of DBX customers/ We are scheduling planned engineering works that will affect some of DBX customers.

Affecting: DBX Managed Customers

Service Impact: At risk - no outage anticipated/ Momentary interruptions in service for up to 5 minutes during the maintenance window.

Tasks: Moving VLAN to new NNI.

We apologise for any inconvenience this planned engineering works causes.
Planned engineering works are required from time-to-time to ensure that the network and other server infrastructure remains stable, high-performing and resilient.

For customers with hybrid-cloud DBX solutions, including on-premise backup call servers, or a dual-DC cloud DBX solution, services should failover during this period. Any active calls and sessions may be affected though before the failover to the secondary service takes place. If you are unsure about whether you have a hybrid-cloud or dual-DC high-availability service, please contact us.
